Cloud Play

Cloud Play

A baby elephant and a bear cub
Seen frolicking in the sky
The elephant getting a trunk rub
The cub feels a swat in the eye.

Then inquisitive rabbits come hopping along
Hoping to join in the fun
Accompanied by the sound of birdsong
And the gold of the rising sun.

Yesterday there was a unicorn
And a timid graceful deer
Once an angel played his horn
Announcing grace was near.

All is serene and carefree
As these clouds scurry on their way
I'll carry their images with me
As I face this uncertain day.

Clouds are still the best teacher of light and shadow! Well done!
