Climbing with Purpose
Climbing with Purpose
The ladder of life is not built for show,
So step with care wherever you go;
Climb with wisdom, steady your stride,
Lest you stumble, slip, or slide.
Be kind and gentle to those you meet,
Each soul you pass along the street;
For every step and every move,
Reflects the path your heart will prove.
Life is not constant—it shifts with time,
Today may feel steady, tomorrow may climb;
What once stood firm may fade away,
So walk with purpose day by day.
Make Jesus your focus as you rise,
Let faith be seen through loving eyes;
For kindness given, pure and true,
Will find its way right back to you.
In lifting others, we gain our own,
Strength for the climb we’ve not yet known;
For hands that help and hearts that care,
Find greater strength already there.
The ladder of life may shake and bend,
And often we’ll need a helping hand;
No one climbs alone with ease,
We rise together, step by degrees.
We reap the seeds that we have sown,
In every deed, the truth is shown;
So plant with love, with faith take heed,
And harvest well in time of need.
The ladder of life is not for pride,
But a journey walked with God as guide;
Climb it well, with heart sincere,
And you will find His presence near.
