CLIMATE CHANGE

Our greenhouse gases pour and pour
And now we see the latest score.
Something’s gone wrong with atmosphere
As rising temperatures we fear.
But we’re clever and we’ll fix it
It will not drop us in the s--t.
So still we dump more see-o-two
That disappears into the blue.
Carbon we keep on burning it
Because it brings healthy profit.
We pollute and we walk away.
But perhaps it is time to pray.

Nicely penned, the country is in crisis where nature is concerned. If we don't sort that CO2 issue and water - or lack of quickly, I can see further issues on our way. It's a fight for survival for animals, people, and our plants and trees. Thanks for posting and making us ponder.

Thanks for sharing this... exposing your thoughts about climate change through your unique poetic style. Meanwhile, I greet you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Be blessed.
