CIVILISATION
Modern civilisation holds bare fact ,
to act, react and interact with tact
never directed by moral values
but circulated on selfish views.
As Time Traveller got scope to assess
how human civilization is on progress.
Self centred lifestyle is priority.
Family bond showing no dignity.
Affluence - Luxury to dominate.
Love and Truthfulness deteriorate.
Behaviour lacking in compassion.
losing natural human emotion.
High living and plain thinking to relish.
Serene sublime soul not to embellish.
Nasty tendency to overpower
other country, inviting cruel war
leads to kill mass of common populace.
Progress propagates in shame and disgrace.
How to define human basic instinct ?
On introspection, it’s quite distinct :
Not hunger, not sex, not fellow feelings
but ruthless truth of mutual killings.
