Circular World
Wherever it is you are I won’t be found
That world, your dreamy state, it has no sound
The place that scarred my mind and brought me down
Where you drown, never frown
There was once a time when people never spoke
Black and white reflected on my hope
But then the walls could talk and I awoke
Fading smoke, coloured hope
It’s here in this place that I must stay
Even if your minds, just like a harp, I’m doomed to play
From here until my death I’ll be this way
Can’t betray, come what may
As soon as you exist I see your goals
This formulation lives from filling holes
As soon as you can breathe you’re drained of soul
Someone stole, forming holes
The world on which we stand is circular
The same applies to us when you can care
We spiral round and round ‘til we’re nowhere
I just stare, so unfair
