I would have never known about the Lord and His people except thru the love of my grandmother...This poem reminded me of a quaint little rhyme my Bible class teacher taught me when I was 6 yrs old. "This is the church, this is the steeple, open its doors, and see all the people!...Ahhh, your whitney gives me refreshment, Debbie! Enjoyed the other images of comfort and nurturing...This was a first place winner and I just read Nette's comments below...she feels badly I can tell...Your great work didn't go unnoticed. love, gwendolen

your entry and carrie's were gone after round 2 of judging... i found out about carrie's from my latest blog and yours by browsing through your poems.. what the h--- happened?.. they are winners to me... please check your poem entries from your member area section so i can report this to TPS.. never will i do judge blinding again, darn!.. huggs!
