Christmas Wish

Give me some hot chocolate
and some marshmallows too
Hold me very tight in your arms
and say I love your too

Lets sit in front of the fire and snuggle
under a blanket real nice
We go together better then
sugar and also spice

Let us go outside and lets the cold
hit our noses and our skin
Then jump into my jacket
and let the love making begin

Lets walk down the streets
and look at all the lights
As the blink like fireworks
the view is so bright

Only this time of the month
everyone has that spirit cheer
Wish it was like this
everyday of the year

People laughing and singing songs
being taken over by something better
Taking that extra step of kindness
and sharing feeling that last forever

But what I want is my hot chocolate
and some marshmallows too
My baby to hold close in my arms
as she says I love you too

The best combination
for a Christmas wish come true
Would be her and I together
I think I’d be nervous I don’t know what to do
