Christmas Tree

As I gaze upon my Christmas Tree

It,s beautiful lights shine so loverly

Soon there will be presents nesting under it,s leaves

That Santa brought especially for me

How my heart shall be ecstatic

 filled with glee

I shall search the skies as far as the eye can see

I shall sneak upon him quite subtly

as he finds his way down our chimney

and there I shall thank him most heartily

for bringing us all Joy on The Birthday

 of The King of Peace.

: ) Enjoyed reading this Donald...reminds me of my childhood and trying to stay awake to catch a glimpse of Santa only to find out when I awake that he's come and gone...unoticed! Thanks for sharing. Annalise
