Christmas Reflection
As I sit and reflect on this past year
One thing is certain and perfectly clear
Friends and Family is what really matters
All the rest of life is merely chatter
I am thankful for the people who always stand by my side
And for those that don’t Lord knows I have tried
Life moves so fast that we often forget
To love those closest and live with no regret
As we run around this season planning parties to host
Don’t forget about the ones who are in need of the most
Now it’s time to celebrate with some Christmas cheer
