Christmas Questions

CHRISTMAS QUESTIONS Why a manger? Why a stable? Why this place was Jesus born? Why in swaddling clothes they wrapped Him when He came there on that morn? Why to shepherds? Why to wise men was this birth first then made known? Why the gifts that He was given when they came into His home? Why a carpenter and this virgin that were chosen then to be Two who’d raise Him to His manhood in this humble family? I am sure there was a purpose in this plan that God designed, And I’m sure it was to show us of His love so pure, Divine. Had He been born in a palace or a wealthy family, We would not think His compassion could be a reality. But by choosing just a manger, just a stable, just this way, We can see there is salvation for the worst of us today. We can see that He was willing to take such a big step down From the portals of His glory to a humble, little town. We can see that through this birthplace and this method that God planned There is full and free salvation from the highest to lowest man. All our questions we could ponder, but there’s one we must reply: Do you know Him as your Savior, where will you go when you die? Trust in Jesus, be forgiven from your sinful past today For He came to bring salvation; He’s the life, the truth, the way.
