Christmas In Heaven
I have a vision
where my grandparents exchange the most precious gift of affection;
where my grandpa kisses my grandma on her cheek
as they watch the clock to tick;
And as the time strikes Christmas,
her smile becomes more brighter as it was,
for she knows that the man beside her
is the best Christmas gift she wants to have forever;
And though my heart still feels the emptiness of being alone,
their memories always make me feel I'm home,
for I know that they are now in safe haven
somewhere within the realms of heaven;
And someday, I know that I will be once again in their cradle
to find solace in their cuddle;
somewhere, where eyes don't cry
and loved ones don't die.
