Midnight mass
Christmas rites;
Peace on earth

Downtown lights
Dressed for Christmas;
Goodwill atmosphere

Church pews full
Congregation at ease;
Peace for our time

Say a short prayer
For world peace;
Smiles abound

Greetings and meetings
Fine foods and liquor;
Festive spirits
~~~~~~~~~
Mistletoe dance
A loving glance;
Christmas kisses
~~~~~~~~~
Christ the reason
For the season;
Love abides
~~~~~~~~~
Stroke of midnight
Christmas Day moods;
Jolly and bright
~~~~~~~~~
Dear God we pray:
May each soul feel
Love Godspeed
~~~~~~~~~
Twinkling lights
Decorated tree;
Joy sublime
~~~~~~~~~
By this old church
Memories spring;
Christmas highlights
~~~~~~~~~
Virgin Mary cradles
The new born Christ;
Humble hearts rejoice

Another Christmas
To celebrate love;
Goodwill to all men

Cheer sings profound
Of truth and love;
Christmassy moods

Dance and sing,
Shout out loud;
Merry Christmas

Joy comes to heal
The way we feel;
Love most surreal

May each day
Be a good day;
Come what may

Man be not proud
Just sing out loud;
Hope springs eternal
