Christmas Day

As the boys and girls sleep
Santa comes down the chimney
Without one peep
Some get presents
Some get coal
Coal is for those
Who never listen to what they are told
The children lay in their beds
With candy and toys
Inside their heads
The sun rises on
Christmas morning
The children awake
While their parents are still snoring
They open gifts one by one
Some got coal
So they have none
They laugh and play
All the happiness is on
Christmas Day
