Christmas 2013

Once again Christmas Season draws near,
And our thoughts are fastened to the manger.
As the Christmas story you shall rehear,
Be ever thankful that Jesus is no stranger.

As we celebrate this day in late December,
It isn't all ribbons and trees with sparkly gloss.
Let none be too busy or hesitant to remember,
Jesus' birth was in preparation for the cross.

We pause from busyness that we pursue,
To direct to "Souper" friends for whom we care.
The warmest of greetings from us to you,
A Merry Christmas & Happy New Year.
