Christians are very special people and other selections from The Candlestick
Christians are very special
people because their sins are
forgiven. They have accepted
Jesus Christ as their personal
Lord and Savior. They have the
assurance God gave His only Son,
Jesus Christ, as a sacrificial
lamb for their trespasses.
They believe because He was
resurrected from the dead and
rose again, they will also.
Christians believe someday Christ
and His holy angels will return for
them. They believe they will be
reunited with their love ones and
friends. Who have gone home to
be with the Lord. They believe
they will dwell in the house of
the Lord forever!

"We Will Climb That Mountain."
Obstructions may be in our way,
but with God's help, we will climb
that mountain, named doubt, one
step each and every day. Though
fears may assail us along the way,
we will never stop. Yes, together
we will climb that mountain until
we reach the very top. Side by side,
together as close friends, we will
continue onward and upward on
our journey until it reaches it's
happy end.

My Special Friend
I have a very special friend
who knows where all the wild
flowers grow. He sees the rain-
drops fall from heaven's sky.
He watches over the birds as
they gracefully soar high above
the earth. He hears all of the
children's bedtime prayers. He
how many stars there are in the
firmament and how many fish
swim in all of the seas. But most
of all, He knows and cares about
me.

Why I Believe
Some people first come to the
Throne of Mercy seeking love, and
acceptance. They need a com-
passionate personal friend who un-
derstands and believes in them.
I know, from personal experience,
because that's why I believe in
Jesus Christ!

won't find it in today's newspaper
headlines. They are usually filled with
sensational disaster stories.
The good new is in today's
number one best seller--The Bible!
It has an important message to
