Notes About The Poem

Listen to poem:

Christian Values

They say to be a Christian
Can be hardest of the work
Put your biases behind you
Give your time and never shirk

The world can't be as good as you
If you think that you are wrong
There are people never heard of Christ
To their own religion they belong

So many different worshipers
We should never try to count
Just tell them who the true God is
Say he will bring them to account

But no matter who you worship
If you do the best you can
You can follow on a holy path
And advance the cause of man

Take your family on Sunday
And attend your local church
Sing the praises of your God on high
Pray one day to reach that perch

Thanks for sharing this... exposing your faith in God through your unique poetic style. Meanwhile, I greet you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Be blessed.
