Christ the Healer

Him we behold the healer of repute Carrying power that is not minute So compassionate is He that He shows mercy On the down trodden whose lives are messy In His stripes there is healing For all those who are willing Oh! How He bore our grief So that our pains may be brief Our condition He knows Its correction He vows His blood which was allowed to spill Is bringing and working healing still Having paid the full price of our debt on the cross He has given us Himself in the place of our loss In Christ we find oasis In our time of crisis Christ is the light that now glows Having dealt the devil great blows
