Christ Is Risen

CHRIST IS RISEN

Tell everyone that Christ is risen up from the grave
And all their sins can be forgiven; He rose with power to save.
He died upon the rugged cross in agony and shame;
Then He arose to live forever--oh, praise His holy name!

Friend, have you heard that Christ is risen up from the grave?
And have you had your sins forgiven through His great power to
save?
Is Easter just a time for gifts, or eggs, or candy, too?
Or is the living Christ your Savior? Does He mean all to you?

These words written to “Old Folks At Home.”
