Choices
Dementia comes, but at a price
Taking soul and taking life
My drug will tell me I need to fight
My drug will tell me I don’t like this sight
I stay away from light
Confused but choice has reasoning
I decided I will never sing
This schizophrenic mind poisoning
Nothing left and then there’s everything
Black burning, dying wings
Tell me I don’t like my ways
Tell me and I’ll fall from days
The trust that never let you stay
I laugh because it’s all okay
I already paid
Belief that I am out of mind
Believing nothing but the things I find
I know the answers to the test
I made it there before the rest
Another level I confessed
Take away the things I earned
Everything I’ve come to learn
My demise that makes it burn
The life and death that you discern
Choices taking turns
