Choice

Are you destined for greatness? Will you finish life strong?
Will you choose to give up and never belong?
We all have a choice, cast down from above.
We can choose to show hate or we can choose to show love.
It’s all up to you and how you choose to react.
You can believe every lie or believe just the facts.
Our future is not yet written and it’s not set in stone.
If you choose to show love you will never be alone.
We are surrounded by choice in all that we see.
You can help your fellow man or just let them be.
Your choice is your future, please learn from your past.
If we all choose to hate, we are doomed not to last.
We must all make our choice, there’s no need to defame.
I choose to move on and not point fingers and blame.
I pray that your choice comes forth from the heart.
We don’t need more hate that rips us apart.

Tom Cunningham July 13, 2020 at 3:14 PM We all need to learn from the past and move forward, we know mistakes have been made. Why waste time dwelling on it, stirring the cauldron of hatred. For those coming after us we need to make the right choice and give them a world of peace and love for one another.
