Children of Man

WE burn our bridges, with a smile
we shatter the lives of others, with a laugh
such is the way of the children of man
WE kill only for power, and for greed
we divide by place, and for race
such is the way of the children of man
WE live in darkness and blame others for our sin
we bring shame and sorrow, unto this land
such is the way of the children of man
WE cme to thee, broken and bare
we fall to our knees, in pain and despair
such is the way of the children of man
WE asked for forgiveness, and seek our salvation
we honor thee, and hold you on high
we know you are the truth, and the light
Such is the will, for the children of man
