Children Need A Playground

We are without a leader
To save our Children
From a horrible fate
*
Fifty years ago
A discovery was made
And a few
Kept the world
Out of the know
*
So
Greed adopted a Creed
Planet Earth be damned
And Planet Earth
Started to fall
To its knees
*
Fifty years later
The world understands
Carbon Dioxide everywhere
Heat being trapped
Nowhere to go
*
Our Children will
Take the lead
Screaming Bloody Hell
While
Helping Planet Earth
To stand tall
Helping Mother Earth
To brush away
All that is wealthy
creepy
And crawls
*
