Chicago River

City pictures on your water, buildings are pushing banks. You are washing them with tide, then adoring them as ribbon. You are moving with affection - carrying city as reflection. Boats with tourists are passing with the rays of warming sun. You remember running prairies, bowing bridges standing lone – glassy buildings now stand strong. Misty lasting quiet landscape. Trees are standing on your sideways and the people look with joy.
