Jack, Cheville has one meaning of redundancy. So fluffing up a line with unneeded words or phrases. Sara

what is cheville? I looked it up to figure out the meaning of the line. Is it the cat's name?

Andrea, Cheville is words not really needed in a poem or prose work. In other words fluffing up a sentence. It is supposed to be funny because of the last line in which I fluffed up the sentence. Sara

And today is such a terrible windy rainy day. We can't have sunshine everyday before May. ~~

Victor, Yes, as the song says we need a rain sometimes. It was a damp, cold, rainy day yesterday for sure. I am hoping for better when the sun comes out today but I don't know what will happen until it gets here. Sara
