Our love was cherry wine You the glass And I the bottle And like clockwork I poured everything into you Your lip was meant To touch none but mine For our love was cherry wine Our love became champagne You were the bottle And I the glass But you refused To pour into me Your lip touched He with a different name For our love was a sham pain
