Cherry Wine
Our love was cherry wine
You the glass
And I the bottle
And like clockwork
I poured everything into you
Your lip was meant
To touch none but mine
For our love was cherry wine
Our love became champagne
You were the bottle
And I the glass
But you refused
To pour into me
Your lip touched
He with a different name
For our love was a sham pain
