Cherish

As we walk this lonely road
Searching for our true love
Wondering if one will find it
This tender soul we dream of
What I’d give to hold it
And feel it’s gentle touch
Too taste it’s precious kiss
Would surely drive me nut’s
Oh how I would cherish it
And welcome it into my life
Sharing all our dream’s together
Me her husband her my wife
Together as we grew old
Sharing a love so true
I’d always tell my true love
baby girl I love you.
