Chemo

My therapy is chemical,
I go for weekly sessions.
My artery is femoral.
The site of my injection.

The venom attacks
the mitosis of my splitting cell.
Dyspepsia takes over,
like a spinning carousel.

God, that's rough! My friend, Kirsten, had to go through that. She is well, now, though. Will keep you in my prayers.

Thanks but I am fine, I work in the medical field and you write about your surroundings, or so I have been told, hence the poem. But it is a rough journey for those that have to go through it.
