Hello M,L. Kiser, i love cheese sometimes i would snack on cheese. Question: Do you drink lavender water? If so.. where do you buy it? I only tried it once and discovered i like it. What health benefit does it have? What does lavender tea do for the body? Thank you.

I haven't had the lavender water, but you can make lavender tea; one tablespoon of dried lavender, infused in water, a little agave nectar or honey and it's delish. I sometimes buy lavender honey from the local "Farmer's Market"; it's wonderful before bed. Lavender is supposed to be a natural muscle relaxer and promotes sleep.
