***It seems to me that the most powerful countries in the world today, are 
         at present, flexing their military muscles, just short of declaring 
         war against each other. Is diplomacy still a viable tool for pacifying 
         aggressive behavior.? I certainly hope so...***

                                                    Beware of 

                                      The deafening chants of wars

                                                      For they

                         May reawaken healing wounds and mended scars
