Changing Places

Through a school window,
I watched a bird fly.
It landed on the window sill,
and we stared, eye to eye.

I thought, Oh little bird,
change places with me.
You study geography
and I will fly free.

I hear you, Jan! But the wings of our imagination will have to do the flying for us. Thanks for the 7. Blessings, Darlene
