Changes In My Life

Sunlight breaks, Through my mistakes, As time, Controls my mind. Dark would lie, Then so would I, Too blind, To see behind. Sunlight broke, And I chose to smoke, So high, It made me cry. I was livin' so low, And I didn't even know, Stood dazed Off that purple haze. Now I grew, Into someone new, Who can tell that I'm still fourteen? I'm still so young, But with a more mature tongue, I have a goal and I have a dream.
