After ~~   Yeah!!  Right!

Changes For Better Or Worse

Going to exercise aerobic
Walk on treadmill everyday
Reduce foods too caloric
Get in shape in everyway

Work on personality increase to dynamic
And do a little everyday
Keep mouth closed not fanatic
Gain friends~influence people always

Let my tongue's speech be sweet not caustic
Bite my tongue when want unkindness to say
Let love and kindness become chronic
Elastic tongue keep strapped down come what may

Looked up 7 syllables words that rhyme on the internet and then tried to write a poem using them.
