Change Your Past

You ever just sit back and think,
Id like to go back and change my life,
So when you get older you wont be living,
With so much of today's strife,
Maybe go back to a certain year,
And instead of going left just turn right,
So that when you became and adult,
You wouldn't have to have that one fight,
Or have a chance to go back to,
And change how the younger you is taught,
Cause you have already seen the outcome,
And life is really not what you thought,
Sometimes I wish I could go back,
And remove all the bad that I had to see,
But I know if I did things wouldn't be the same,
Hell I might not even be sitting here free,
Cause to me the life that I lived,
The struggles that my family went through,
Has made me who I am today,
And I know that that is so true,
Yes I think about going back a lot,
But the feelings don't really last,
Cause there is really no telling where I'd be,
So I'll just keep my same old past!!
