Change Damnit

I tell myself to change,
I have to, I must,
I can't keep living this way,
It not to be trust

My hands are lame,
My brain scream, "Come on!"
What must I do?
Where did I go wrong?

These old habits
Are so hard to break,
So easy to fall onto,
Such a weak, weak
Mistake!

"You can do this!
Don't you want to change?"

"Why yes I do,
But it's such a hard effort to make!"
