-change-

There’s nothing that won’t change as I keep walking,
Something inside has changed while I’m talking.

I watch as the world blurs into the familiar colours,
And the people I knew become timeless lovers.

Though I am standing in the center of the universe,
I’m breaking down and wishing that time would reverse.

I want to be the one I was before my mind switched,
When I was carefree and before everything clicked.

Now, it hurts that all the people around crave for is love,
Something that should be as wide as a flower grove.

But for someone who goes against the change of time,
Love is just another name for a timeless crime.
