Chance With An Angel
I remember what you were wearing the first time we met,
and the first time we talked, things I'll never forget.
We became close and I saw that you had a great personality.
But you are so gorgeous, I need to come back to reality.
I've been in this situation before with other crushes.
I tell them I like them and out the door she rushes.
So I like this girl, but only friends we'll stay.
She is way to good for me, I won't ruin this day.
We started to laugh and talk more as closer friends.
The feelings I had would stop growing, like new trends.
When I say your beautiful, I mean inside and out.
In my mind your are indescribable beyond a doubt.
I adore everything about you, even your flaws that aren't there.
There is nothing I wouldn't do for you to show you I care.
I knew I had more than a crush on you and it was clear,
when I talked to you and our words were sincere.
When a man likes a woman, he only has one thing in his head.
I don't think I have to specify what was going to be said.
But when I thought of us together, me and you and what we'd do.
I thought of us being close, watching a movie, and me holding you.
