Chance

For simple reasons I thought of you And wished for some thoughts to come true I didn't know what to do or where to go So, I wandered around at an even flow. I looked around - and you were there I had a feeling I would see you somewhere I could not believe you were alone But there you were - and I could not go wrong. I felt the magic - the vibration hit But, this opportunity - I just could not miss I secretly approached you from behind I just wanted to know what was on your mind. I thought you had seen me - though it took some time Then you realized - I was there to mess with your mind You weren't sure you wanted to put up with that So, when the opportunity came - you had to react. We walked away in different directions - I wanted to go in yours I went on my merry way - but I knew I would be bored The thought hit me - to look at you - and the way you walk So, I did what I had to do - then you came to a halt. A few steps back - and there you were - right by my side My instincts were superb - and I dare not ask why We took a long walk - just like we should And talked about everything and all we could. The conversation was to our benefit We let our minds run free That was the only way to handle it Now I know how you feel for me.
