Chained From Being a Woman

Forced to walk a path,
A path she intended not to walk on.
Chained to a post
Far from what she conceived of.
Its blurry here, she cant dream anymore,
All is sombre, she cannot perceive beyond today.

Coercing herself into many dreams,
They feel pressed.
Hers is too further
Hers she cannot reach,
Her own she can visualize,
Hers she will achieve.

Hereafter,
When the chains break loose;
She wont press,
She will endure.
This dream of many she will out live,
This dream of hers she will endure.
