Celebrate Differences
There are so many people scattered all over this earth -
the numbers keep increasing, with every single birth.
Everyone is different, no two are alike –
we each have our own purpose – from the elderly to the tyke.
Heavy, thin, gay and straight – no one is the same.
Black, white, yellow, and pink – we each have a name.
Some of us will become well-known, and some will choose to stay hidden -
forcing everyone to be the same, should strictly be forbidden.
It takes all kinds to run this earth – all with different tasks.
When everyone stays true to themselves – only then may we take off the masks.
So my friends, be proud of who you are -
that is how the world will survive and the reason it has come this far.
