Now listen all you people
It’s another budget day
The chancellor of the Exchequer
Is going to have his say

Holding up his case
Whilst paparazzi flash away
With a smile upon his face

This governments borrowed money
Cause it spends above its means
They say please don’t worry
But it’s shatters people’s dreams

Inside the houses of parliament
They listen with dismay
To all the money wasted
And deficit given away
They tax us here

Over taxed on consumer goods
Cigarettes gone up again
Three pence on a pint of beer
He’s done it once again
