Caught You

I've never talked about When we caught you out You were spotted in the car Though the distance was quite far In your mouth, a roll of paper? Yes, we saw that little caper When I dropped down to the club Saw you hide that half burnt stub Secret smoker I saw you and the lengths that you went to But I thank you father dear For abstaining when we're near All these years remained unmentioned these quiet thoughts I left them shunned I'm so glad now you've stopped smoking lost the cough, ditched the whole thing You've gone years with out a puff So I'm ending here, that's quite enough I'm in trouble, now you see 'cos dad reads my poetry Contest : Unmentionables Unplaced
