Caught In the Sun

Do you ever wake up and dread the day?
The sun is beckoning but the will is not there,
Yet you have to get out, come what may,
And attend to the task that you least care -
Go again looking for love and find it nowhere!

Let me be the first to leave a comment on your amazing English Quintain, Abdul! I'm sure it will do very well in the contest...it tugs at the heart..beautifully written. Mine has the same title but I did a different take on the content. Happy New Year with wishes for the best! Always, Annalise
