Castles

Everything passes. Poets die, their names fade away, their lost graves blend in with nature. Only beautiful airy castles of poetry remain in all their reality, and no wind will blow them away.

You my friend have penned such a profound and stirring piece with this gem. So oft one remembers the verses of a famous poem yet can not recall the name of its author! Poetry ranks above its creators. As it stands in a realm of wonderful imaginative, romantic and glittering glory! A fav-- a true beauty..

Ever shall they stand. Excellent words my friend. Captured, ensnared and slain by a veteran poetic knight of the realm. Ann

Love the 'airy castles of reality.' Now where does that imagery come from?!! LOL. Great stuff! :) gw

I love this. Poetry is the something that remains of us only our words will blow in the wind and remain of us. Good luck in the contest!
