Cascade

As the sun comes up golden bright Like orange marmalade Exposing raindrops on roses And droplets that cascade Soon the hot sun will dry all traces Of the rain upon the Hollies But now the roosters rejoice in voice And tell morn's sweet stories The artist painted wispy white Mingled in with the sky-blue And diamonds sparkle 'pon the grass Heaven scent precious dew A morn to bask in the Savior's love Enjoy a few moments Listen to all nature sing songs That are truly Heaven sent Finis'

Hello Sara. What a wonderful look at the morning. So much to see and appreciate. You bring it all into view as I sit here in the morning dark, I cant wait for the sun to rise. Thank you. Robert

Dear Sara, You write so well of nature. I love the flow and the imagery in this poem. Often, I feel closer to God when I am enjoying the natural wonders he created than I do in a church. This one touched me personally and it goes to my faves. Love and blessings, Carolyn
