Cars

Thousands of dollars for the purchase initially,
then thousands of dollars spent on premiums for insurance annually,
not to mention the annual or semi annual registration and inspection fee,
and then there's the maintenance and fuel costs that will hence come very regularly.
There's also parking violations you will be destined to pay.
as well as bail bonds if you ever park in a zone marked Tow Away.
They who claim to need their cars apparently
seem to have a need to throw away their hard earned money.

Car Free for 25 years.
I realized early on the evil of the oil industry
and vowed to play as small a role as I could in feeding their greed.
Our children are being slaughtered for oil and that sickens me.

I understand where you are coming from, but at least in the South it would be almost impossible to function without a car. Elton Camp
