CARPE DIEM
Carpe diem–seize the day!
For this is the very best way.
The world can be your oyster
if you make the most of today.
Carpe diem–seize the day!
Grab at each opportunity,
take the bull by the horns
this rules out perplexity.
Carpe diem–seize the day!
Like sands in an hour glass,
so are the days of our lives
that slip through hands, quickly pass
Carpe diem–seize the day!
Live and enjoy the present.
We have this moment in time,
use wisdom how it is spent.
