Carpe Diem
Take a hold, take control
This destiny is yours to make
Everyday another challenge
This chance is yours to take
Seize the day, make a change
There is a hero inside of you
Tough choices will follow
With the wisdom for what to do
You have been given a wonderful gift
This life in which you live
You have a chance to love while you’re here
Show them what you have to give
So many things may happen
That you never truly understand
With guidance from the Lord above
You can be a better man
Cherish every moment
For time is never standing still
Overcome all the obstacles in front of you
With God on your side you surely will
So have faith in yourself
And know there is nothing you can’t do
Seize the day my child
And good things will come to you
