Carlton, Carlton

Carlton, Carlton, where for art thou?

I know  your first name but not your last,
Because I have a nephew with the same,
But I wanted to read more poems by you
But unfortunately I didn't get your last name.

"Faithful" was a feature and I met you there
But I wanted to find more that you share
Please, can you help me for I care
I've looked for you every where.

Perhaps someone will read this too 
And know of your work and help me through
But if I fail I had the chance 
So I thank you for the dance.
