Covers the Country Ham;

Cherry-smoked Foie Gras, then

Christmas Pudding ablaze...

Comely cocks cry out: Foul!

Maurice Rigoler December 20, 2016 at 5:02 PM In France foie gras is always served with Christmas dinner, a tradition the French hold very dear. It's not cheap but it is delicious. I've never heard of "cherry-smoked foie gras" however. Not sure what Christmas Pudding is, except it sounds very English rather than American. Thanks for the stop by.
