Cant Get It Back
It’s the beginning of the week all your moneys spent
Youre left wondering where your time has went
A long ways from payday and short on rent
Is this really the way your life was meant
See you should not have put all your eggs in one basket
Thinking life would be so fantastic
You’ve made bad choices from the cradle to the casket
Not know that life would turn out this drastic
Yea from a childs point of view life looked great
Thinking we could overcome all of its past mistakes
Tossing our hopes in the well and leaving it all up to faith
And now you wanna change but it’s a little too late
Life is a hard climb to the top of a very steep hill
And very easy to blow over one cheap thrill
I know it all seems like a very messed up deal
But we have to learn to swallow it like a bitter pill
So Now all those past nightmares has become reality
And you ve come to realizing how cruel life can be
You were told in the beginning that nothing is free
But who would ever thought it would come with such a fee
